AudioSparx.com provides online royalty-free music, pre-cleared and ready for instant
licensing, download and use in your commercial or personal production projects.
Our music is royalty-free because you never pay residual royalties for
the synchronization licenses we provide to integrate our music with broadcast or non-broadcast
productions. You pay a one-time synch license fee or mechanical license fee to include a selected music track for
the project you need it for, with the pricing based on the various parameters you configure as you
proceed with the licensing of the desired music track(s) at the AudioSparx.com web site.
Please note that our licensing does not exclude
performance royalties paid by broadcasters that play your productions in public venues such as on TV, radio, the Internet, corporate
trade shows or other public venues. They (the
broadcasters or corporations using your productions) must still file cue sheets with
ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and/or SoundExchange (in the US), the PRS (in the UK) or other performance rights management
societies in the
countries they broadcast or perform your productions within, so that the copyright holder of the
tracks are properly
compensated for the public performances of their works.
