Q. How can I protect my player computer device from unwanted hacking and tampering on the network? A. In your firewall system, please add a restricting rule that limits inbound and outbound access to a single IP number at RadioSparx: IP Number to allow: IP 66.129.125.5 Outbound TCP ports to allow (from your location): Ports 80 and 443. You can restrict the R-Boxes to only this IP number, both for outbound and inbound traffic. Doing so will substantially mitigate any security risks of external hacking. ---
