TJM was raised in a single parent home by his mother.  He’s lived in various sections of Staten Island ranging from both hood and suburban areas. 

Growing up, he was the son of a United States Navy Seaman, who eventually worked through the ranks to become a Master Chief (E-8).   His father’s career in the Navy took his father all over the work to places like The Persian Gulf, Hawaii, Thailand, Beirut and more.  All though his father was not always there physically, he was definitely morally and emotionally accessible in his life. His mother was the custodial figure and played the biggest role in his childhood and teenage development.

TJM’s mother, a twenty year veteran of the NYC Department of Probation, was overbearingly strict at times.  She worked with young adult males and juveniles and saw the hardships they went through before and after being sentence to probation.  She vowed to herself that she would never allow “The System” to get a hold of her son. 

Labeled as a “Problem Child” during his adolescent years, his elementary school teachers looked to place his in “Special Education” and label him for the rest of his life.  TJM’s mother would not stand for this and fought to keep him from going down a path of minority labeling and placement.  Not until he reached 4^th and 5^th Grade, did a teacher take the time to help him realize his potential.  Honor and merit was the outcome of that.

As a child, TJM was not a big fan of Rap Music.  He was drawn to Rock music and Heavy Metal.  He stated that the energy and atmosphere generated by Rock Music made him want to headbang with Aerosmith and Motley Crew.

Growing up in the project of West Brighton in Staten Island and spending numerous weekends at his Grandparent’s apartment on Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx, he was around Rap Music all the time. It was his entry into I.S 61 Junior High School that would eventually change his perspective on Rap Music, and would catapult him into a direction heading towards the present period of his life.  His love for Hip Hop and Rap Music was solidified when he received his first cassette tape from his mother.  The name of the cassette was “What’s My Name” by Snoop Doggy Dogg.

When he entered Susan Wagner High School, he discovers the hidden voice he possessed in the form of spitting lyrics, writing rhymes and rapping.  He would write rhymes and spit them, battling with his friends.  He was highly influenced by Wu Tang Clan in High School and modeled his style around the gritty, underground, dart spitting, sharp Wu Tang style.  Bad Boy Family, Wu Tang Clan, Death Row, Roc-a-Fella, and Boot Camp Click were just some of his style he emulated. 

The decade of 1995 to 2005 shaped TJM’s mind, style and outlook into what it is today.  Over that decade, he experienced heartbreak, betrayal, sacrifice, reward, relief, lost loved ones, new friends, renewed relationships, life threatening situations, happiness, depression, unemployment, financial gain, financial distress, disappointment, deceit and more.  An example is the loss of his best friend and brother in arms Adam, who fell out on a 3 mile run during a Marine training exercise.  The cause of his death is still unknown till this day.

In 1998, TJM is persuaded by a classmate to check out the United States Army as a career option.  TJM checks it out and believes he can get thousands of dollars for college.  He eventually finds out that, you don’t qualify for that money unless you do full time Army. 

January 2003, gets deployed to Iraq and is forced to postpone is college education at Berkeley College in order to fight in a war that ends up being a mess for the country that was invaded and the country who invaded it.  In March 2004, he returns home from Iraq with most of his sanity and a desire to continue his education.  In April 2005, he graduates from Berkeley College with a Bachelor of Business Administration. 

While in Iraq, TJM makes enough money to purchase a computer and music production equipment to now try his hand at engineering and music production.  With no formal training, he buys a book and teaches himself the fundamentals and processes of multi-track recording, mixing, editing, signal processing, microphone techniques and sound optimization. 

After almost a year of unemployment after graduation and a year of almost minimum wage paychecks at The Gap, he was informed about a city job by his mother, which he gladly applied for.  The job was with the New York City Department of Probation as a PO Trainee.  Torn between needing money and hating law enforcement, he reluctantly accepted the job when he was hired. 

The convenience of a steady check and a decent salary now afforded him the opportunity to plan and establish himself.  After careful consideration and thought, TJM decided to form a music production company. December 30, 2006, he formed Too Broke To 2 Billion, LLC.   On January 2, 2007, the company officially had life and was established.

After months of writing, composing and planning, on December 12, 2007, Too Broke To 2 Billion, LLC finally releases an EP through titled, “The Moment is Coming (EP Version)” by Time of Judgment Master.  He enlists the services of digital distributor Catapult Distribution to distribute his music into iTunes, eMusic, Rhapsody, Napster, and other digital music retailers.

TJM began to publish his content through Audiosparx (ASCAP) who publishes audio content, loops and sound effects.  To further show the legitimacy of himself and his company, he filed for membership with ASCAP for himself as a writer and his company as a publisher.  To date all his available content is published with Audiosparx and registered with ASCAP.  All of his copyrights are property of Too Broke To 2 Billion, LLC.

In early 2008, Too Broke To 2 Billion enlists the services of CD Baby and Indie Rhythm Independent Music Super Store to sell CD of his music. 

In January 2008, Joanne, a co-worker and close friend of his, introduced TJM to a gothic, almost vampire like individual named Justin Fornal.  Knowing TJM seeks to shoot a video for The Moment is Coming (EP Version)’s feature song, she establishes the connection between the two.  Acting as TJM’s assistant, she makes herself available for the meeting.  TJM and Mr. Fornal get acquainted and speak on concepts for his video. 

After weeks of corresponding and planning, The Moment is Coming Video is shot on February 19, 2008 and the video is released on You Tube and Myspace.com on April 27, 2008. 

May 2008, TJM releases “Telling You (Demon Version)” through his company.  This song is his rendition of the track titled “Telling You (Gangsta Version) from his EP, which featured an unknown artist he attempted to work with, but could get a commitment from.

Planning to release a video for the song titled “Do Not Roam” from his upcoming album “First Infection: The Moment is Coming II”, he is currently in the process of refocusing his company toward the Music Production and Music Publishing aspects, creating artwork for the upcoming album, providing audio content to be published via Audiosparx, redesigning the company website to be user friendly and easy to navigate and establishing brand recognition.

The projected release date for “First Infection: The Moment is Coming II” is 7/22/2008.

As President/ CEO, Time of Judgment Master, seeks to make his company a self sustaining entity, bringing in the revenue to have the expansion, investment and signing power that goes with a functional business entity.  He continues to find ways to build assets and increase the company’s music catalog all while maximizing company strengths, minimizing weaknesses, addressing possible threats and exploring new opportunities for growth and expansion.
